If you are anything like our e-commerce team, the worst part of online shopping is the wait for it to arrive! At Contour, we stand by our flat rate shipping (or FREE SHIPPING for Economy), and based on your order we ship everything as quickly & efficiently as we can same or next business day.
We offer low flat-rate shipping rates based on order total. The rates and estimated transit times apply to Continental USA deliveries only.

Economy Shipping
As our default shipping method, Economy Shipping is FREE to anyone who places orders of $49 or more. Otherwise, the shipping cost for this selected method is $4.99. As a cost effective solution to keep product prices down and Shipping Free, some customers on the west coast may experience longer shipping times. As we use SmartPost as our default shipping carrier for Economy Shipping, shipments may take 7-10 business days to receive.
Standard & Express Shipments
For all Standard and Express shipments, we use USPS and FedEx Home Delivery. Shipments selected under this shipping option will either be received in 2-3 business days with Express Shipping or 3-5 business days with Standard Shipping. Weekend Delivery is not guarantied.
Please note, all shipping options are estimated transit times based on carrier logistic times. Many items may be received sooner than expected based on zone and carrier option that we use to get the order there the quickest. Transit times are not guaranteed and the package can be delayed by the carrier in event of natural disaster or pandemic restraints. Shipping costs are non-refundable and not guaranteed but we will do our best to choose the carrier that will deliver to your location the quickest.
Overnight Shipping
Due to the nature of some of our brand and product line, we understand that time is of the essence.

International Shipping
Our brand tag line is ‘We Support You For Life’ which holds true no matter what part of the world you may be living in. Everyone deserves quality support and comfort.
At this time, we only ship to Canadian customers. However, customers worldwide can use our Contour eBay Store as we are a part of their Global Shipping Program, and shipping is much more economical for international customers than what we can provided. Oversized Items & Exclusions
While we deal mainly with pillows and seat cushions, we do have larger items such as the BackMax Body Wedge System & Bed Lounge that CAN NOT be expedited due to the size with our flat rate shipping.
We do try to cater to all requests, so if you need to expedite your over sized item, please contact the Customer Service team at 800-950-0230 and our team can provide you a custom shipping quote for your order.
Notice of Package Refusal/Cancellation
Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel your order. If during transit you decide to refuse any package that was sent from our warehouse, you will be responsible for both the original shipping charges and the postage due upon arrival of your package back to our facilities.
