Modifying it to fit my needs
I just got mine recently and quickly realized that I'll have to do some minor adjustments for it to be fully effective in my case. I have tailbone tip pain and therefore need the cutout area in the back to be wider (I'll slightly trim the sides with a box cutter). In addition, the fabric cover spans over the coccyx cutout extension, which is counter-productive in my case and hurts the tailbone tip. Therefore, I'll alter the fabric cover too. Or I might remove the cover altogether and cover the seat area only with self-adhesive fabric, which comes in various colors and patterns.

Post Hernia surgery; Sitting becomes easier for longer than a few minutes with this cushion; I highly recommend it.

Not what I expected
I needed to find a cushion for tailbone relief. I've been using it for a week and find it too hard causing more pain to my tailbone. When I sit on it for a long period of time I have to get up slowly because I feel so much pressure on my tailbone. I don't recommend it!

SIT WITH EASE
I have a desk job and had injured my tailbone. By using this pillow I was able to sit comfortably while I did my work. I bought two, one for my car and one for my office. Other pillows were too soft and did not provide the support I needed for my body so I was still in pain. Well worth the money!
