Better as a back support
The Kabooti is not a comfortable cushion to sit on, and there was no improvement in relieving my pain. However, it works as support for my back. Perhaps a dual purpose cushion - for some.

Kabooti satisfaction rating
I bought a Kabooti cushion for my husband and one for myself. My husband suffers from an enlarged prostate and also has spermatoceles. He is also very, very thin due to a lengthy illness, and spends most of his time in a recliner. He says he has found some relief from the constant pressure from sitting all the time. I use mine in my computer chair, where I spend a large part of my day working on my computer. I find the forward angle of the cushion somewhat difficult to deal with, since I have major disc degeneration of all of my lumbar discs. Additionally, I suffer from very painfully swollen hemorrhoids and a very tender coccyx. The Kabooti cushion has provided me with much relief from the pain I suffer from these conditions and made my time sitting at the computer much more bearable. I have only had the cushion for about a week and am getting used to the difference it makes in my positioning. Given time, I am sure I will adjust to the higher back side of the cushion. Compared to all the other cushions I have bought in an effort to find relief for both my husband and I, the Kabooti cushion is by far the best cushion I have ever found. I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking relief from the conditions my husband and I are dealing with.

One Size Does Not Fit All
My 90 year old mother was complaining that her tailbone hurt every time she sat, even in the recliner. I ordered this pillow to alleviate the problem. It is not at all soft, so if your bottom doesn't fit the contours, it is uncomfortable. The tailbone area is open, but the rest of the pillow makes it unusable.

Although the cushion has provided some relief, I was shocked at how small it is. Needs to be bigger!
