Great customer service
First, I ordered their pillow from Sharper Image (which the pillow is great) and then we ordered the pillow case direct. Unfortunately is was back-ordered (from X-Mas but expected). The great thing was that Lisa informed me throughout the BO process and just let me know it has shipped. Thanks Lisa.

Flip Pillow Cover
Because of its unique shape, a flip pillow certainly needs its own pillowcase. It fits rather snugly and I'm a little worried that I'll rip it when I remove it for cleaning. The case could be a little thicker, but it's soft and has some nice colors which I couldn't find in my local Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Decent pillow case
This pillow case fits well, however the design could be a little better and the material is just that of average sheets. I'd like to see the option for a higher thread count and maybe consider putting a zipper in the back instead of the flap. Not bad but simply a cover for the pillow.
