It is uniquely designed to open on the upper end of the pillow to allow easy access to the inner cover CPAP hose tether. Excellent Product
Excellent product. Glad I bought two. Happy they come in colors instead of just plain white.

Did not fit pillow properly
It worked but didn't fit pillow properly. Buttons were to large for openings and had to be forced.

nice cover
After reading other reviews, I was wondering about the quality of the pillowcase. But I was pleasantly surprised. The seams are wide enough. The color is good (I got the navy blue). It fits the pillow well. And the fabric is smooth. The reasons I rated it 4 stars instead of 5: (1) There are two large buttons at the top of the pillow to keep it closed. The buttons were scratching my wooden headboard, so I replaced the buttons with snaps. (2) The washing instruction and brand labels are on the outside! I don't like that look at all. Once I get my sewing machine fixed, I'm going to rip out the seam and move the labels to the inside (I like to keep the label with the washing instructions).

Pillow case
My husband is really happy with his new CPAP pillow cases in navy, light blue and green, especially. They don't stain from occasionally oily hair like the white ones. I kept wanting to replace the original and he finally started complaining and now we are both happy :-)

Zipper
Would like to see a zipper instead of buttons to close in the pillow.

Pillow case's were very good, however the pillow they fit needs better neck support..
