It is uniquely designed to open on the upper end of the pillow to allow easy access to the inner cover CPAP hose tether. It's made from a premium 300 thread count 100% cotton fabric - soft and breathable to enhance the cool properties of your pillow.

Great idea!
I got two of these—one to serve as a pillow protector, one as a pillow case. They replaced two that I got years ago, when my husband got his first CPAP pillow. These special cases make it easy for him to use his CPAP pillow, which makes it easier to use his CPAP. Win!

cpcp cotton pillow case
I ordered 3 pillowcases, 2 in beige and 1 in navy blue. I was disappointed that the pictured green and light blue were not even available to order. However they are beautifully made and sturdy. I will order again , hopefully more colors will be available.
