It is uniquely designed to open on the upper end of the pillow to allow easy access to the inner cover CPAP hose tether. It's made from a premium 300 thread count 100% cotton fabric - soft and breathable to enhance the cool properties of your pillow.

Pillowcase Protector for CPAP Pillow
I do like the pillowcases but I really wish they would make them with satin fabric instead of cotton. Supposed to help with hair and creases on face.

The pillow case is very soft and does not affect the cooling side of the pillow which I always use. I am so pleased to have the ability to easily remove and wash.
I bought two and will certainly buy more. This pillow has made my ability to sleep with the CPAP equipment much easier, and the pillow case makes it even better.
