good for people with neck problems
This pillow is very comfortable. I have extensive issues with my neck and spine and find that I have less discomfort upon waking. My only problem with the pillow is that after only a few months , it is very flat and needs replacing. Since they are not inexpensive, it can be costly to get a decent night's sleep. Comparing it to other pillows, though, I guess I could spend more with worse results. Customer Service Response: Lori, we do have a 1 year warranty, so if there is anything wrong with that product you are using in the given time period, customer service will help you in getting a replacement.
