What Is The Difference Between Each BackMax?
Our BackMax bed wedge system is offered in two different sizes, 20” or 28” widths. Both are exactly the same aside from the width of the cushions. However, even petite framed customers prefer the larger size BackMax as there is more room for their arms to rest comfortably on the side of their bodies versus the standard (20”) width. The Deluxe 28 model, now comes with a plush, lightweight, white fleece removable cover.

Backmax
I had a severe back injury over 30 years ago and have had varying levels of pain ever since. Sleep was often difficult. This is my second purchase of a Backmax, when I settle down on my wedge there is immediate relief for my tired back. I sleep soundly and in the morning when I wake my back is ready to face a new day. I will sleep on a Backmax for the rest of my life.

I like the idea of this product. I find it a bit too narrow, as my arms come off the pillow. **Response from Contour Living** Hello, Nancy. Total Comfort
The BackMax Foam Body Wedge is so comfortable. I have used it for three nights in a row and much to my husband's delight I haven't snored once. I suffer from chronic back pain and I haven't had a backache since I started using this product. I am having a hard time adjusting to sleeping on my back since I am a side sleeper but it is worth it to not snore and to be pain free. I highly recommend this product.

Great back relief and customer service
The BackMax is wonderful. I have serious back problems and it is heavenly! The customer service is wonderful when I needed a replacement cover because my second BackMax came with a cover that is separated at the seam. I will be buying more from them.

Excellent for herniated disc relief
I've been suffering from a herniated L4/L5 disc, and this cushion set has provided significant relief. Namely it relieves pressure on the disc and helps manage pain and radicular nerve symptoms in my legs. I've spent much of the past several months laying down, which would have been less comfortable and therapeutic without the cushion set. It is very comfortable, even for sleeping. I am 5'11, and the cushion dimensions work well for me. It may be less of an optimal fit for those over 6 feet. I would give the set a 5-star review if it were not nearly impossible to remove the cushion cover without puncturing/destroying the actual cushion. I keep the cushion covered with a bed sheet to help keep it clean, as removing the cover is not a great option if you want to preserve the integrity of the cushion. Otherwise it is an excellent product that has helped improve quality of life and my healing process.
