What Is The Difference Between Each BackMax?
Our BackMax bed wedge system is offered in two different sizes, 20” or 28” widths. Both are exactly the same aside from the width of the cushions. However, even petite framed customers prefer the larger size BackMax as there is more room for their arms to rest comfortably on the side of their bodies versus the standard (20”) width. The Deluxe 28 model, now comes with a plush, lightweight, white fleece removable cover.

Multiple-position wedge system
This product has given some of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Great to no longer have to sleep in a recliner. Craftsmanship is excellent with ultra-comfort in mind. The soft covering adds to the experience since I also suffer from Fibromyalgia. Thanks

Solved my problem!
For the last three years I've had a condition called thoracic neuropathy (due to a lifting injury which caused damage to an end plate called "minimal marrow edema--bone bruising). Hopefully, this condition will heal in the coming weeks and months after using this product for some time, but I'll see. In any case, for the last three years, I've only been able to get 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night, always waking from pain due to compression on the area or an incorrectable spinal alignment from any other sleeping position (side or stomach, as I am a back sleeper). It's been very difficult. Two weeks ago, I received this product and since the first evening to date, I have been getting as much sleep as I need, and have NOT been waking from pain. This is due to the 45 degree angle back position, legs up (especially so I don't slide during the night), and the impression in the wedge propped behind the back (it's perfectly located for my issue). I realize that this product just happens to be perfectly set up for my particular condition, but I am aware of many others out there who have an injury such as mine who could very well benefit from this product. I couldn't be any happier than I am given the results I was hoping for from this product, and then actually receiving them.

Could've been 5+ but I didn't get the vinyl storage/travel case
This is a great zero gravity system. The white fleece is an added bonus. The comfort is superb. I lay in it and cover myself with my fluffy Buffy blanket and I don't awaken till the next day! I feel like a Queen. If you are thinking about it, try it. The 28' is the way to go.

Able to get to sleep and stay asleep much better than in my reclining chair. Glad I ordered wider option so my arms/hands rest comfortably.

Back Max
Well I have one that was blue. It changed my life. Love it! Bought one for my father-in-law. It is a different. What I don’t like is they didn’t ship it with a case like mine had. Bummer, because I’m going to need a new one soon. The blue Back Max makes me smile all night. (In my sleep) This white one in very firm. They should make both but quit making the blue on.
