What Is The Difference Between Each BackMax?
Our BackMax bed wedge system is offered in two different sizes, 20” or 28” widths. Both are exactly the same aside from the width of the cushions. However, even petite framed customers prefer the larger size BackMax as there is more room for their arms to rest comfortably on the side of their bodies versus the standard (20”) width. The Deluxe 28 model, now comes with a plush, lightweight, white fleece removable cover.

BackMax Bed Wedge
I want to tell you that your product is fabulous. I started using it about 6 years ago. Prior to starting using a Back Max I could hardly get out of bed. Sleeping on a Back Max takes all of the pressure of your lower back. Whenever and wherever I travel I always take my Back Max.. And I recommend this to many people. Keep up the good work.

Backmax foam bed wedge body cushion
After injuring my SI joint, I didn't think I would ever be able to lie comfortably in bed again or get a good night's sleep. After spending four months trying to sleep in my recliner, I stumbled across the Contour Living website, ordered the backmax foam bed wedge body cushion and got a full night's rest the very first night! Love this product! Wish it came with some sort of carrying case to make it easy to transport as I plan on using it when I visit family.

THE BEST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE!!! I wish I found this YEARS ago!!! I love love love this thing:):):)! I can't even believe it's this awesome! Seriously! No one is paying me to write this! I stumbled upon this one VERY late night after having a lot of back problems and after moving and leaving the couch I'd been sleeping on for over a year behind. Yes, I'd been sleeping on a couch because that was the only way I was comfortable. At least it kept me from rolling onto my sides, and kept me propped up, just like this pillow does! This pillow does EXACTLY what my couch used to! It's PERFECT! But I don't have to sleep in my living room:)! I can sleep in my bed, and not roll onto my sides and cause myself agony due to my bursitis, and not cause myself pain by laying flat (I have degenerative discs and bone on bone in my lower spine). It's so comfortable. And the material that covers the pillow is that super soft material that I insist on having all my blankets now (only soft things can touch my skin now) and it's removable so you can wash it. I absolutely love it. I fall asleep in 2.2 now, it's fabulous. I can put my feet up which is great because sometimes from working on my computer in the wrong position my ankles swell (I just sit in the wrong position too long unknowingly). You can move this thing into so many positions, it's awesome. I'm not a small woman and the larger one fits me perfect. I recommend it to anyone even remotely thinking about it. I'm pondering getting another one (or two) so I will ALWAYS have one and never have to do without, it's THAT great!!! Never sleep in a chair or couch again! EVER!

Not for me - too firm
The product is firmer than I expected and I need something softer. So many reviews said they switched from sleeping in a recliner - but my recliner is softer than this which is why I thought it wouldn't be so firm. It caused my lower back to ache. However the quality of the product is excellent and it shipped quickly and arrived without any issues.

I purchased the Backmax Foam Bed Wedge Body Cushion for my Husband who has had esophagus and stomach surgery for cancer. Having this done does create an acid reflex problem. We have tried all types of wedges. Nothing would keep you from sliding down
I do recommend the 20 inch as it gives more arm rest.
