After years sleeping in a recliner I am finally able to go back to my bed without experiencing any back aches.

Love the backmax body wedge! I wake up with no back or shoulder pain. It did take me a little while to figure out how to position my head so my neck would not hurt. I finally started using a travel wrap around neck pillow and that works great.
