Very Pleased!
I have been using the pillow for a week and it helps me sleep because my neck pain has improved. The pillow is not too hard or too soft, but just right!

great for people with neck issues
I have significant issues with my neck and am always looking for a way to relieve the pain. This pillow fits the bill nicely as the cutout helps keep my neck off the pillow. For the first 2 weeks that I use it, I wake up nearly pain free (no small accomplishment). After the first 2 weeks, sadly, pillow flattens so much that I have to keep flipping it over to find a "fluffier" side. I alternate between two pillows to keep the pillows a little longer.

Perfect for our needs
My husband suffers from chronic pain due to nerve damage and likes thinner pillows. Have been trying to find one like this for some time.

pillow has no support for people with neck injuries
I have arthritis in my neck and it has no support. Customer Service Response: The Cervical pillow is made from 100% memory foam, so it tends not to be as supportive as a regular foam pillow. The Contour Cloud, is very similar pillow in shape, but made with 3 different layers of foam, the top being memory foam for comfort, middle wedged section for proper neck alignment, and a standard foam base to prevent your pillow from bottoming out and creating more support unlike other memory foam pillows.
