Because our bodies are highly efficient, they always take the path of least resistance. Making them work just that little bit harder can be difficult and requires discipline. This program sets the tone for the work that is to come. You learn to concentrate on the details so your body is encouraged to do more. Lengthen your body just a little bit more, bend even more deeply into your legs, reach your arms just a fraction higher. Perform each exercise and then next time go just a little further with it.
Tips for developing the back

Make your repetitions count by paying attention to details throughout each exercise and by maintaining that attention

Register which body parts are moving and strive to feel the motion

Don't let the body take the path of least resistance. Los yourself in the details and try to find more in each back exercise

Use modifications, as you exercise (your back) then, every time you repeat, you'll be pleasantly surprised to see that you are able to do a bit more.
Developing the back takes time, patience, and discipline. Work diligently at the details and you will gradually manage to perform every exercise a little better than before.
