This pillow is way to hard, It is so hard when I wake in the morning my ears hurt. I have had more neck problems since I bought this pillow then before.

I was skeptical at first but after three nights I am a life long Cloud Pillow user. It's better than any other supportive neck pillow I've owned! No more neck aches at all. For some reason, though, I like using it upside down rather than the way the demo shows. It's a winner and I hope the company will stay around for many years to come!! Diana

Jody. I purchased this pillow due to the price. I think the pillow is firm at first use, but all in all it is probably the best quality for the money and I will definitly purchase another when the time comes. Pillows costing 5 times as much can't compete. I'm locked in for life.

I have a king size contour pillow that I purchased over 5 years.I am now ordering one for me and my wife.I had back and neck pains for years, that pain has been gone for years.I even stopped going to my back doctor.thank you for a great product that works.

I have bulging vertebra's in my neck and back and the only relief I get when I sleep is using Contour cloud memory foam pillow. I've tried everything in the stores..nothing works. The pillow lasts about 6 months and then I know it's time to re-order because I will wake up every morning with a neck and headache and it stays all day. I wish the prices were a little more reasonable though. $24.99 for one pillow hurts! Great pillow though!

It's the only one that works. And the price is unbeatable. They could charge whatever they wanted but keep it the most reasonable pillow out there. Great price, great product. I'm never without it. Wears out about every 6 months (my neck lets me know when!) so $40/year is less than I lose in the sofa ~ LOL
