This product is great. I take it everywhere with me. I have several bulging disks in my neck plus fibromyalgia and this pillow gives the perfect support no matter if I am laying down reading, in the car, or watching TV on the sofa. If you have cronic pain in you neck and shoulders, I highly recommend this pillow.

I've been sleeping in a recliner for 2 years due to severe neck and back problems. I would wake up with horrible pain in the back and neck. Since using the pillow I have no more neck pain and very little back pain. This is a great product.
